4.0/10Reviewer: mkh121963, Dell16 April 2012My first impression of the printer was good. The print quality was good. It appeared to print fast and did a good job for a couple months. Dell then had to replace it due to some sort of internal failure of the printer. Then this month we had a major board failure. We were told by Dell that it would cost $300 for the board and another $120 minimum for a tech. We bought it toward the end of 2009. A printer should last longer than this. We went back to HP.
