Title: Dead on arrival
2.0/10Reviewer: Hansifer, Dell20 April 2012I received my UltraSharp U3011 today and was excited to start using it. Unfortunately, it was completely non-operational out of the box. No image whatsoever. I tried it with different laptops and different inputs before contacting Dell Tech, which then confirmed the monitor as defective. Dell is shipping a replacement but refused to compensate me in any way for my trouble. Apparently they don't even test these things prior to shipping?? I'm very disappointed in the level... Read more
